They have been taking care of my lawn for 2 years. It looks great. Highly recommended.

Shawn does a great job and will explain everything clearly. I have the seasonal treatments for ticks as well as lawn fertilization…our grass has been thicker and greener than before and we’re able to enjoy it.

Since I’ve been using Perillo Mosquito•Tick•Turf, I’ve used their mosquito & tick service, lawn fertilization program, and lawn mowing. I couldn’t be happier with the results! My lawn looks great, and we can actually enjoy our yard without constantly worrying about mosquitoes and ticks. I highly recommend Perillo

I realized I haven't used mosquito spray all summer. Forgot I had it in my closet. Thank you Perillo

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perillo Mosquito•Tick•Turf has been fertilizing and treating my lawn, and it has never looked better! The grass is greener, thicker, and healthier, and the difference has been incredible. Great service, reliable, and you can tell they really care about the results. Highly recommend Perillo Mosquito•Tick•Turf to anyone looking to improve their lawn!

My yard has never looked better.

The best around !!! On time with appointments and takes good care of my lawn.

Shawn generously plowed my family’s driveway so my husband, a police officer, could make it to work during an overnight storm. Not only did Shawn do an incredible job clearing the driveway, but he also went above and beyond by shoveling a pathway and clearing our steps as well. What makes this even more remarkable is that he did it all free of charge. That level of kindness, generosity, and community spirit says a lot about the kind of person Shawn is and the values he brings to his business. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping others the way he does. We are incredibly grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of snow removal services. Thank you, Shawn!

We've been extremely happy with the lawn care service! They consistently do a great job mowing, edging, weedwhacking, and blowing off all the walkways when they're finished. The yard always looks neat and well-maintained. One of the biggest differences we've noticed is the attention to detail. Our previous lawn company regularly missed areas when weedwhacking, but these guys are thorough and make sure everything looks clean and finished before they leave— they even weedwack all around the children’s playsets in the backyard, which we appreciate so much! We've also been using their mosquito and tick treatments and have been very pleased with the results. They're reliable, professional, and take pride in their work. Highly recommend!

We’ve been using Perillo Property Maintenance the last few years and have always had a great experience. Punctual, fair, reliable, and easy to work with. It’s the best and most green our lawn has looked ever! Glad to support a fellow local small business that takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend them for all your lawn and property maintenance needs.

We have used the mosquito and tick spray service for the past two years. They notify us before they arrive to spray. We have seen a decrease in ticks and mosquitoes. The service is fairly priced.

We moved to Stormville 4 years ago, and this is the first season we have been able to fully enjoy being outside! Normally, we’ve needed bug spray and citronella to sit for maybe 10 min before being eaten alive. Since Perillo came and treated, I can sit outside for hours and not see one mosquito. We also chose the pet friendly option, because we have 2 small pups. I don’t know why it took us so long to reach out and have this done. Thank you!

Shawn was fast to get back to me, reliable, and provided great service! He is a wonderful person and I highly recommend him!

Thank you Shawn & Staff for doing such a great job this Winter for Snow Renewal. Love the communication and the consistency with work performance. Excited to continue business with your company for the Spring 2026 Season.
